The project, designed to follow traditional European architectural styles, is embodied on a clubhouse which sits on the highest point of the project.  With stunning views over Lake Travis, this creates a unique and architecturally pleasing project for residents and surrounding property owners.

In coordination with Bury, Western Rim developed a site layout to minimize development on the tract and preserve existing natural features.  Developments are concentrated along ridge lines to preserve existing vegetation and to maximize views to Lake Travis and surrounding endangered species preserves.  The minimization of impervious cover increases undeveloped areas to provide for a close integration with the surrounding natural environment.

By minimizing impervious cover and maximizing views, almost 85% of this tract has remained in its natural undeveloped state.  By reducing the amount of development, significant environmental buffers have been provided to protect endangered species, existing vegetation clusters, steep slopes, canyons and open fields.  This provides for significant benefit to area residents for hike and bike and camping activities.
