Temple Airport Hangar - Temple, TexasServices:Water Pressure Analysis Site Plan Water/Wastewater Plan Paving & Drainage Plan Stormwater Collection Grading Water/Wastewater Construction Documents Bidding Phase Services Construction Phase Services Bury teamed with Architectural Edge, Inc, to provide the City of Temple with site plans for a new 50,000 square-foot hanger and a solution for inadequate pressure to serve both new construction and the airport's ultimate master plan. The project consisted of a civil-site phase for the proposed hangar construction, and water pressure analysis of the master plan for the airport, assessing average and peak flow requirements associated with ultimate build out conditions, and then determining a cost effective solution to meet current and future needs. Bury provided the City with complete site, paving, drainage, stormwater collection, grading, water and wastewater plans and specifications, which included specific design consideration for adherence to both FAA Airport Design Guidelines as well as specific guidance for military airport design. Additionally our analysis of the water system and elevated storage tank serving the airport provided the City and the airport with a booster pump-station which provides for current and future system pressure needs.
