Bury has worked as a team member for the implementation of this project through site planning, comprehensive plan amendment, zoning text amendment, rezoning and special exception permit for a mixed use, town center project. 

This project includes the design of a commercial center, Boulevard Street, phased design of a conventional SWM/BMP facility to a subsurface facility integrating low impact design strategies and the County's first integrated parking study to demonstrate justification for a reduced parking criteria based on the mixed use nature of the project.
