Design work for the site included associated parking and clubhouse and future plans for a 6,000 square foot retail building. The site was previously developed as an auto dealership parking lot with multiple lots and zonings.

Plans were prepared in three weeks to meet the client's aggressive deadline to have all permits in hand in order to secure government funding.  Plat was approved in 9 weeks (received approval of deferral approximately 6 weeks after plat submittal to obtain building permit).  Building permit was reviewed and approved in 8 weeks.
