Market Street will be part of Montgomery Farm's 90-acre garden district.  250 acres, or 50%, of the land within the development will be preserved as green spaces.

Bury has performed a boundary and topographic survey of the 54 acres; tree survey of approx 500 trees to be used by owner to prepare tree mitigation plans; flood study for 2500 LF of Watters Branch creek including field surveyed cross sections to establish 100 year water surface for project design; calculated site plan; site grading plan for earthwork balance; preliminary design of utilities & drainage for bids; prepared Traffic Impact Analysis (subcontract); prepared Corp of Engineers 404 permit & wetlands mitigation (subcontract); prepared Preliminary Plat & General Development Plan submittal to City of Allen.
