After all phases of Teravista are completed, this community will feature 2,200 homes, 800 apartments and a 135-acre business park upon completion. Amenities include a 7,200-yard, championship-length golf course with a clubhouse and a recreation center with sports areas and lakes.  The community is being built in sections to deliver approximately 50 lots per phase.
