This mixed-use development will ultimately consist of 400,000 square feet of specialty retailers, restaurants, and big-box stores. Life Time Fitness will also develop a 150,000-square-foot fitness facility at the site. Other tenants being considered for the site include office buildings, multifamily units, entertainment venues, as well as a hotel.

Bury provided full engineering services to Santikos Development on this 100-acre mixed-use development including preliminary engineering, site planning, grading and drainage plans, zoning, roadway design and full surveying services.

Santikos Development has worked to development this site on and off for the past 10 to 15 years. Unlike similar developments, Legacy will be developed around the new urbanism concept creating a synergy within the development by having people living, working and playing all in the same place. The development will contain two main streets where at one central point these two streets will intersect creating the predominant public gathering place.
