The project required a real estate purchase, as well as entering into a long term lease on a land parcel.  Bury worked with the City of San Antonio, subconsultants and La Quinta to close Elm Street for one block from Crockett to Blum Street. This street closure required relocating a 60-inch wastewater main and major electrical distribution lines.
