Additional services included design, permitting and construction phase services for wastewater pump station, utility coordination,  wetland delineation / Corps of Engineers confirmation, regulatory permitting of proposed shoreline stabilization and storm water outfalls in the Occoquan River, depth sounding investigation in conjunction with shoreline stabilization, Threatened and Endangered Species coordination.

In addition to these elements, Bury is working cooperatively with the various Developers in concept planning and support for other areas of the development not yet under final design.
