Bury+Partners designed the Master Plan for this 126-acre, mixed-use development, containing approximately 600,000 square feet of retail, 342 multi-family units, 24,000 square feet of restaurant and two 200-bed hotels.

• The 185,000-square-foot Cabela's store was situated on approximately 41 acres and included 1,525 parking spaces including car, RV and semi-truck spaces.
• In addition to site improvements, Bury was responsible for 1.3 miles of roadway drainage, water, wastewater,
  reclaimed water improvements and a 66-acre regional water quality and a
  detention facility for the City of Buda.
• Bury surveyors provided surveying services for all the design firms associated with this development, including preparing field notes for right-of-way condemnation.
• Bury also provided services to coordinate and expedite the design and construction of projects being developed by the City of Buda and the Texas Department of Transportation. As the project superintendent for the local government corporation, Bury was responsible for the review and approval of all funds being submitted for payment and reimbursed for the public improvements.
• The entire project, from conceptual layouts to the sale of the first item, took approximately 18 months.
