Located within the Hill Country roadway area, the project is neatly tucked within large groves of Cedar and Oak which have been precisely preserved to protect great portions of the property and provide screening and quiet seclusion for property residents.  Hiking trails have been added along with project amenities to create a unique project virtually unseen behind the European clubhouse.

Significant portions of the property were preserved in undisturbed natural conditions and additional areas were revegetated with sensitive xeriscape design landscaping to provide for a sustainable environmental design.  Buildings were located to preserve mature trees and large groves of natural plant materials to benefit the residents for many years to come.
