If we determine a need for additional recruiting help, we will refer to our list of approved vendors that have a signed agreement on file with our recruiting office.

In the case of candidate(s) being submitted or presented to Bury+Partners by a recruiter or agency without a signed agreement in place and a call being placed by Human Resources for the specific open requisition, Bury + Partners explicitly reserves the right to pursue and hire those candidate(s) without any financial obligation to the recruiter or agency.
