Section 125 Cafeteria Plan

Pre-tax dollars set aside for medical expenses, childcare, etc. Enrollment available on the first day of the first full month of employment.


Vacation

Two weeks vacation per year beginning with the first year. Three weeks after five years. One additional day per year is accrued beginning in year six, with a cap of four weeks at ten years.


401(k)

The firm will match up to 6% of your deferred wages on a $0.50 per deferred dollar basis. Eligible for participation at the first quarterly enrollment after three months of employment. You may tax defer a portion of your gross wages to a self-directed investment account.
